About BGM

BGM is a suggestion for a dynamic operational knowledge system: a way to connect identity, permissions, source data, dashboards, files, and agent workflows without pretending every team sees the organization the same way.

The ideas on this site are presented as a public proposal for a possible operating system for organizational knowledge: one where interfaces can adapt to the work, permissions remain explicit, and shared information becomes more useful without becoming uncontrolled.

How the proposal thinks about agents

An agent should not be a vague helper with broad access. It should be an identity inside the operational system, with a role, a scope, source material, review checkpoints, and a clear record of what it did.

The useful version is not a general assistant dropped into a company. It is an operational identity with a mission, a bounded set of tasks, and enough context to know when to act and when to stop.
